Parking on The Day?

Parking will be available for all Summer Lunch attendees on the school grounds. Please alert our members of staff when you arrive should you need any assistance in leaving your car or if you need to be dropped off closer to the entrance.

Directions?

Please follow directions to Moulsford Prep School, Moulsford Upon Thames OX10 9HR. If you have a sat nav, the postcode will bring you directly to the School.

Timings on the Day?

We are currently planning timings for the event but anticipate doors opening at 1030 with speaker at 1230pm however these are subject to change.

Can I donate even if I can not attend?

Absolutely!

If I am unable to attend last minute will you get a refund?

As the whole event is raising money for such an important cause, unfortunately we will not offer refunds. However you are welcome to liaise with your table lead and give your ticket to someone else.

What do I do if I have an allergy?

The food is nut, dairy and gluten free. There will also be vegan, vegetarian and dairy free options available. Please do get in touch with any questions.
